Subscriptions

FinFindr subscriptions are managed by the app store account used for purchase, including the App Store or Google Play where supported. Cancel or manage a subscription from your store account settings.

Refund requests for store purchases must be submitted through the store account used for purchase and are handled under that store provider's policies, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Restore Purchases is intended to reconnect an active subscription to the original FinFindr account. If a subscription is already linked to a different FinFindr account, sign in to that original account or contact support for account recovery help.

Account Deletion

You can request account deletion from FinFindr settings or by emailing support from the address tied to your account. Deleting a FinFindr account does not cancel store billing and may prevent subscription access from restoring to a new or recreated FinFindr account.
